  Overview
Real estate values are rising, but it’s hard to tell what will happen in the coming year. Trade deficits, increasing energy costs and higher interest rates will tug the markets either way. Everyone who owns a home, rents a home, or is considering buying a home will be affected.

To address these issues, our economic forecasting experts, along with local industry and business leaders, will look at different trends of the national, state and local economies.
