	Non-members are able to pre-order the December forecast book which wll be shipped after the Conference.

	Special Topic
	As an added benefit of Forecast membership, our December Members Only conference features a formal Question and Answer segment. To ensure that we afford your questions the appropriate consideration and analysis, we ask that you submit your questions to us prior to the conference via email at forecast@anderson.ucla.edu. We will attempt to get to all the questions within our allotted time frame. Our latest forecast will cover the following topics:
	How high will the unemployment rate go? How strong will the housing recovery be? What are the exit strategies for fiscal and monetary policies? Can exports be the locomotive? How much threat to the dollar? When will CA begin its recovery? Is commercial real estate the next shoe to drop? Is there another budget crisis on the horizon?
